New Features

New API Table with Comments

A powerful addition to your dashboards: an API table that consolidates all comments within a space. Easily filter and search through comments by:

  • Strings or keywords
  • Authors of the comments
  • User mentions and more

Codetable Label Selection

This new feature allows you to select codetable labels based on shared relations with a third object. For example:

If you have a Product, a Domain, and a Column with the following relations:

  • Product → Domain
  • Domain → Column

When selecting labels for Product → Column, only codetable labels that exist for both Domain and Column will be available for selection. For example, when you add a Product A label, only specific models belonging to this category will be selectable.

Tableau Writeback Integration

Effortlessly transfer Dawiso data into Tableau with our new writeback integration. Features include:

  • Extracting attribute values, such as column descriptions.
  • Mapping data to specific Tableau sites, tables, or columns based on IDs and object types.
  • Scheduling regular writeback operations, such as after data ingestion or attribute updates, ensuring data remains synced with Dawiso.

Enhancements and Optimizations

Concept Comments

Anonymous concepts will now also support comments.

Default Font in Text Editors

We’re excited to introduce the ability to set a customizable default font for text editors through packages. This feature allows you to tailor the appearance of text to align with your preferences or organizational standards.

The following fonts are supported:

  • Andale Mono, Times
  • Arial, Helvetica, Sans-Serif
  • Arial Black, Avant Garde
  • Book Antiqua, Palatino
  • Comic Sans MS, Sans-Serif
  • Courier New, Courier
  • Georgia, Palatino
  • Helvetica
  • Impact, Chicago
  • Inter
  • Roboto
  • Symbol
  • Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica, Sans-Serif
  • Terminal, Monaco
  • Times New Roman, Times
  • Trebuchet MS, Geneva
  • Verdana, Geneva
  • Webdings
  • Wingdings, Zapf Dingbats

This new level of customization ensures that your text editors can be configured to match your specific design and readability preferences.

To enhance user interaction, diagrams will now automatically open in fullscreen mode after any action, such as:

  • Double-clicking an object.
  • Rolling out object details.

Exceptions include zooming in or out using the UI and moving elements.
