Account details

Your account page gives you a personal overview of your Dawiso account: your account details and recent activity, the objects and spaces you’re assigned to, and the objects you’ve favorited or are watching.

In the top-right corner, click your profile icon and select your user.

Account details

Your account page shows the following information:

Field	Description
Last activity	Timestamp of your most recent activity in Dawiso.
Account created	Date your account was created.
Login	Your login username.
Name	Your display name.
Email	Your email address.
License type	Your assigned license type.
Group affiliation	The group(s) you belong to.

Edit your account details

To change your account details, follow these steps:

1. In the top-right corner, click your profile icon and select your user.
2. Next to your account name, click the pen icon to change the following fields:
   1. Account display name: Name used in Dawiso.
   2. [Optional fields]
      • First name: Your first name.
      • Last name: Your last name.
      • Email address: Email used for receiving Dawiso notifications.
      • Phone: Your phone number.
      • Account description: Description of your Dawiso account.

To change account permissions, you need at least admin-level user role. For more information on how you can change user permissions, see User management.

Last changes

The Last changes tab shows an activity log of your recent actions in Dawiso:

Column	Description
Change type	The type of change made.
Object	Link to the affected object.
Object type	The object’s type.
Space	The space the object belongs to.
App	The application the object belongs to.
Workflow state	The object’s current workflow state.

My object relations

The My object relations tab lists every object you’re assigned to through a user relation type (for example, as an owner or steward):

Column	Description
Role	Your user relation role on the object.
Object	Link to the object.
Object type	The object’s type.
Space	The space the object belongs to.
App	The application the object belongs to.
Workflow state	The object’s current workflow state.
Assigned on	Timestamp the user relation was created.

My space relations

The My space relations tab lists every space you’re assigned to, and your role there: Space admin, Owner, or Steward.

Favorites and Watching

Favorites lists the objects you’ve marked as a favorite. Watching lists the objects you’re watching for update notifications. For more on how to favorite or watch an object, see Notifications.
