Attachments in Dawiso enhance collaboration, streamline information sharing, and provide secure storage for related files. Dawiso allows you to link essential materials directly to objects, keeping all relevant information in one place for better context and accessibility.

Key benefits of attachments in Dawiso include:

Add attachments

  1. In the top-right of your object, click the three dots.
  2. Click + Add attachment.
  3. In the top-right corner click Upload attachment.
  4. Drag and drop your file(s) in the pop-up window to upload or click in the window to open your file explorer.
Tip

You can also use any text editor to upload attachments. Open the edit mode, add an image or click the attachments  button to add a file to the text.

Manage attachments

  1. In the top-right of your object, click either
    • The attachments button, or
    • The three dots and select Attachments.
  2. Here, you can:
    • Copy links to the attachments to share them.
    • Download the attachments.

Edit or delete attachments

  1. In the top-right of your object, click the attachments button.
  2. Select your attachment.
  3. On the right side, click the three dots and select:
    1. Edit attachment: Edit the name or description of your attachment.
    2. Remove attachment: Delete the attachment.
Tip

Removing an attachment link or image from the contents of an object will not delete the attachment. Permanent deletion can be done only on the Attachments page.
