Minimal technical specifications

Supported browsers for Dawiso cloud products are the following:

Minimum screen resolution is 1024x768 to render all web elements correctly.

For Dawiso scanners deployed into the customer’s infrastructure, the supported deployment is described at Dawiso Integration Runtime (DIR).

SLA: Software availability

The availability of the Dawiso SaaS solution is guaranteed to be 99% of the time.

The following events don’t count in the availability time:

Shutdown typeDescription
Planned weekend shutdownsShutdowns for the purpose of updates and maintenance. Usually performed on Saturdays or Sundays from 01:00 a.m. to 02:00 a.m. CET. No notification will be given in advance.
Planned shutdowns on weekdays (Monday to Friday)Shutdowns for the purpose of updates and maintenance. Can be performed from 01:00 a.m. to 02:00 a.m. CET on a weekday. Customers will receive a notice at least 3 days in advance. Contact your Account Manager if you need a shorter notice for a specific shutdown or a different time frame.
Outages caused by third partiesOutages caused by internet connection failures, or failures on the side of third-party services responsible for server connections or other prerequisites necessary for Dawiso’s operation.
Issues originating from the customer’s sideOutages caused by issues on the customer’s side such as: Internet outages, unavailability, slow connection, Inadequate technical equipment, especially when requirements specified in the technical documentation or agreement are not met

Technical parameters for the use of Dawiso SaaS solution

Apart from following the minimum technical specifications, to ensure your Dawiso instance operates as expected, please adhere to the following technical parameters.

Please do not exceed the following technical parameters and rules:

  1. Max number of simultaneous Dawiso users has to correspond with the number of paid contributor user accounts.
  2. Total number of metadata objects(given that 1 object has in average 15 attributes):
    • Doesn’t exceed 5 million objects or
    • Doesn’t exceed the number of paid contributor user accounts multiplied by 100 000
  3. Total volume of historical version data must not exceed 10% of the current version data.
  4. Total volume of the stored datamust not exceed number of paid contributor user accounts multiplied by 100 000.
    • Stored data includes all administered objects in all current and historical versions including related data such as attachments, operational metadata of the customer’s Dawiso instance, logs.

If any limits are exceeded, the customer will be notified and asked to:

  • Resolve the issue within 5 days,
  • Agree to a price increase, or
  • Accept termination of the agreement by the provider due to a violation of the Terms of Use.
