This article provides a list of error codes and their explanations. However, in most cases, simply reloading the platform or specific parts of it will suffice to address the issue.
- Navigate to Settings
> General > Administrative tasks.
- Here you can reload:
- Templates: Reload Dawiso environment UI (e.g. tables).
- Configuration: Reload Dawiso environment configuration (e.g., enabling features).
- Indexes: Update search bar results.
- Keywords: Refresh tokenization (for more information see Business Glossary).
- LDAP users: Refresh user database in case of third-party login systems.
