This article provides a list of error codes and their explanations. However, in most cases, simply reloading the platform or specific parts of it will suffice to address the issue.

  1. Navigate to Settings inline-svg-1 > General > Administrative tasks.
  2. Here you can reload:
    1. Templates: Reload Dawiso environment UI (e.g. tables).
    2. Configuration: Reload Dawiso environment configuration (e.g., enabling features).
    3. Indexes: Update search bar results.
    4. Keywords: Refresh tokenization (for more information see Business Glossary).
    5. LDAP users: Refresh user database in case of third-party login systems.
