Integrating Jira with Dawiso streamlines project management by enabling direct addition of Jira tickets to Dawiso pages, making it easier to track issues like bugs, features, and tasks. This ensures team-wide visibility, improving communication and oversight, with three integration options available.

  1. Open any text editor by clicking the  icon in the top-right corner of the editor.
  2. Type /, scroll down, and select Jira integration.
  3. You can
    1. Select the ticket ID from the list.
    2. Type in the ticket ID.
    3. Copy and paste the ticket ID in.
  4. Click Confirm and Save.

Look the issue up in Jira

  1. Navigate to your object and click the Jira icon in the top-right corner.
  2. A list of Jira issues with the same name as your object will pop up.
  3. [Optional] Modify the Jira Query (JQL) using: project = "MD" and description ~ "UX-UI" ORDER BY created DESC.
