Object relations or connections allow you to map data efficiently thanks to our automatically generated relations diagrams.
Dawiso differentiates between two types of relations, each having its own diagram: business and physical.
- Business relations connect your data with Dawiso apps, creating a common understanding within an organization, and providing visual data mapping.
- Physical relations document your data landscape by adding these relations between your real database objects.
On this page, you will learn about relations between objects of different apps. For relations between objects of the same app, refer to the dedicated Business Glossary or Documentation articles.
