Upgrade to new cloud version
When Dawiso releases a new version:
- All paid customers will have their environments upgraded automatically unless specified otherwise. Customers may be upgraded in clusters meaning some customers will be upgraded earlier.
- Enterprise clientscan choose if they want to be upgraded with every standard cloud or with an LTS release.
- Please keep in mind that fixes and service-level agreements (SLA) can be upgraded only with LTS.
- If there is a non-critical bug in the cloud version, customers will have to wait until the next LTS or cloud updates.
- In case of critical bugs, only ones from the previous LTS will be fixed.
- Trials are not updated, version depends on when the account was created
Upgrade process can be agreed upon individually. We are here to make sure Dawiso works for you!

All release notes will be in the format of year.month.version
