It allows users to find, access, and work with reports without relying on departmental silos or personal storage locations. By consolidating reports into one searchable catalog, it ensures that approved and reliable reports remain accessible to everyone.

The Report Catalog can display either Power BI or Tableau reports. If both technologies are used in your organization, the catalog must be customized. In this case, please contact our Customer Success team.

Key features

Approved reports only

The catalog displays only reports in specific workflow states (approved, validated, completed). This prevents unfinished or draft reports from being used in business processes.

Personalized recommendations

The catalog provides personalized recommendations based on a user’s most visited pages and past activity, improving discoverability of frequently relevant reports.
