Dawiso s.r.o. engages the sub-processors listed on this page to process customer personal data on its behalf. They support the Dawiso cloud service. The Dawiso data processing terms refer to this list.

Sub-processors of customer personal data
Each sub-processor processes customer personal data only for the service named in its entry. Dawiso binds each sub-processor by a written contract to the same data protection obligations that apply to Dawiso. The European Economic Area (EEA) covers the EU countries plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway.
Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited
Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited provides the cloud platform that runs the Dawiso cloud service. The standard AI functions of the Dawiso cloud service use models that Microsoft hosts in Azure AI Foundry. A customer can ask for another AI model or bring its own model or API account. That customer’s contract with Dawiso then sets out the arrangement.

Dawiso engages Slack Technologies Limited only for a customer that agrees with Dawiso to use Slack as a communication channel. Slack then processes the personal data that people share in that channel.

Services that are not sub-processors
Some services appear in older sub-processor lists or in other Dawiso documentation. They do not process customer personal data on behalf of Dawiso.
- HubSpot: Dawiso uses HubSpot for its own marketing customer relationship management (CRM), as a controller.
- OpenAI and Google: Dawiso does not engage either company for the standard AI functions of the Dawiso cloud service. Those functions run on models that Microsoft hosts in Azure AI Foundry, under the Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited entry.
- Services that the customer brings: a customer can connect its own AI model or API account, for example with OpenAI or Google, or its own Slack workspace for Dawisobot. The customer contracts for these services itself, so each one is the customer’s own provider.
Changes to the sub-processor list
Dawiso informs customers before it engages a new sub-processor. The customer can object to the new sub-processor, as its data processing terms set out. Dawiso updates this page and its “Last updated” date with every change.
