The Dawiso AI chat panel answers questions about your Dawiso environment in natural language. Every conversation you hold in the panel is kept in your chat history. You can reopen it later, search for it, rename it, or delete it.

Open the chat panel

In the top-menu, click AI Chat to open the panel.

Enter your question in the input field at the bottom of the panel. Make sure to review answers before you act on them.

The panel header holds four actions:

Chat historyOpens the list of your past conversations. Shown as a clock icon.
New chatStarts a fresh conversation. The current conversation stays in your chat history.
MinimizeMinimizes the chat panel.
Close chatEnds the current conversation and dismisses the panel.

View your chat history

Click Chat history in the panel header.

Conversations are grouped by the day they took place, newest first. The group headings are Today, Yesterday, and then the date for older conversations.

Each row in the list shows:

  • The conversation name (to rename, click the 3 dots on the conversation tile and select Rename).
  • A one-line preview of the last message.
  • The time of the conversation.
  • The number of questions asked in the conversation.
Tip

Use the search box at the top of the Chat history list to look up a past conversation. The search matches both the conversation name and the preview of the last message.

Reopen a conversation

  1. Click Chat history in the panel header.
  2. Click the conversation you want to reopen.

The conversation opens with its full transcript. A Chat history back link appears above the transcript — click it to return to the list.

If the conversation is already open, rename it without returning to the list: click its name in the panel header and enter the new name.

Press Enter or click away from the field to save the name. Press Esc to discard the change.

Delete a conversation

  1. Click Chat history in the panel header.
  2. Click the Actions (…) menu on the conversation row.
  3. Select Delete.
  4. Confirm the deletion in the Delete conversation? dialog.

The conversation is removed from your chat history.
